If your content will be licensed for commercial use, and there is a recognizable individual in your image or clip, a model release is required for each person.
To upload a model release with your content, attach a JPEG release no more than 20 MB in size using the + button next to Releases in the Content Editor. A separate release is required for each model. Grouped releases are not accepted.

Be sure to provide the following required information:
Photographer Name must match the “Make payments to” name listed in your Photostore account whether it’s an individual photographer name or a business name.
If you are a business, the name of an individual plus a business name is suggested where applicable. For example, if you hire freelance photographers to shoot released content in their name, then the release must include the photographer’s name and the name of the business. (example: Mary Smith / ABC Photography).
If your name has changed since the release was signed, you may add a note on the release.

The date of the model and witness signatures should be the same, as the witness must have been present at the time the model signed the release.
The witness must not be the videographer/photographer and must not be the model, or model’s parent/guardian.
Self-portraits: The photographer must sign as both the photographer and the model. Someone else must be the witness.
Deceased model: The next of kin must fill out and sign the model release in the name of the model.
Model under 18 years old: Submit a Minor Model Release, signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Nude model: Releases for nude models must include a copy of the model’s photo identification with proof that the model is over the age of 21. A model release is required for nudes even if the face is not visible.
